Carl Gannon

Carl holds a professional designation as a chartered professional of human resources (CPHR) and has more than 30 years of experience in strategic human resources management in the public and private sector. Carl is certified in staffing/recruitment and accredited in classification & job evaluation. Carl has extensive experience in staffing, labour relations, human rights, pay equity and equity, diversity and inclusion.

He has worked as a human rights investigator with the Canadian Human Rights Commission and as a workplace equity officer with Labour Canada.

Carl has received the following awards:

  • Associate Deputy Minister of Civilian Human Resources Merit Award of Excellence in Recruitment & Workforce Renewal Initiatives
